The right access
People see what their job needs, which protects both the salon and the staff.
“One login for the whole floor is how money goes missing and nobody can say who.”
A salon floor is a team of different jobs: the colourist, the senior stylist, the assistant who shampoos, the desk. GetSalonPOS gives each person a user with the right permissions, puts the service staff on every ticket and keeps rotas next to the book.

Five steps, in the order the desk meets them.
Each person gets a user with a role: owner, manager, stylist, assistant, front desk. Roles decide what they can see and change.
Assign services to stylists, set their working hours and days off. Online booking only offers what each stylist really does.
Staff clock in and out with the attendance add-on; rotas and leave live next to the book.
Appointments carry the stylist. At checkout, change it, add the assistant or split the service.
Discounts, refunds and price changes can require a manager PIN. Every action is logged.
