How it works

The four chapters of set-up

About 25 minutes for a salon with up to 40 services. Bigger menus take longer at step III; send us your spreadsheet and we import it free.

Chapter I3 minutes

Create your account with an email or phone number and choose your country. Your currency, tax display and date format follow the country; your language can be changed any time.

  • No card for the trial
  • Business name, country, currency
  • Pick the interface and receipt language

Chapter II5 minutes

Add your location

Add the salon address, opening hours, tax rates and receipt layout. Then add stylists, assistants and front desk as users, each with their own role and PIN.

  • Opening hours & holidays
  • Tax rates or tax groups
  • Stylists, roles and permissions

Chapter III12 minutes

Add services & products

Import your service menu and retail stock from a spreadsheet, or type them in. Services carry a duration and processing time; products carry a barcode, cost and stock count.

  • CSV import (free, we can do it for you)
  • Service durations & colour processing gaps
  • Retail & backbar with barcodes

Chapter IV5 minutes

Your store goes live

Your online store is generated from the catalogue you just added: products with prices, photos and stock, plus a booking page. Share the link, put it in your Instagram bio, start taking bookings and deposits.

  • Store built from your products
  • Booking link for Instagram & WhatsApp
  • Take the first booking

Then, every day: the desk loop

02All day

Book

Online bookings land in the columns; the desk fills processing gaps and walk-ins.

03At the chair

Serve

Stylists open the client card for the formula and notes.

04At the desk

Checkout

Services, retail, deposit, tips and commission on one ticket.

05Evening

Close

Close the register; the day's report is waiting for the owner.

Set-up questions

Set-up

How long does it take to set up salon software?

About 25 minutes for a salon with up to 40 services: 3 minutes to sign up, 5 for the location and team, 12 for services and products, 5 for the store. Larger menus take longer at the product step unless we import them for you.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It is hosted; you use it in a browser.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes. Send your menu and client list and we import them free; Salon House includes a priority onboarding call.

What do I need before I start?

Your service list with prices and durations, your staff names, your tax rate, and (optionally) your product list and client export.

Going live

When can I take my first booking?

As soon as your services and stylists are in, usually the same day.

How do clients find my booking page?

Put the link in your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business and website.

Can I test before going live?

Yes. Make test bookings and sales during the trial and delete them before launch.

What happens after the trial?

Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, the account pauses and your data is kept for 30 days. Trial length: 14 days.
