Refund and cancellation policy
How to cancel GetSalonPOS, what happens to monthly and annual plans, website setup fees and your data.
Free trial
Nothing is charged during the trial. No cancellation needed.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
Annual plans
Cancel within 14 days of the first annual payment for a full refund. After that, the plan runs to the end of the paid year; where the law gives you more, we follow the law.
Website setup fee
Refundable in full until design work starts; after the first design is delivered it is not refundable.
Your data after cancelling
Export your data before or after cancelling; we keep it for 30 days, then delete it.
