Terms of service

The terms for using the GetSalonPOS website and software: accounts, trials, subscriptions, acceptable use, your data, liability and how either side can end the agreement.

The agreement

By creating an account or using the software you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial (length shown on the pricing page) with no card required. If you do not choose a plan, the account pauses at the end of the trial and data is kept for 30 days.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in the currency of your country, with tax as shown on the pricing page. Prices can change with 30 days' notice; annual plans keep their price until renewal.

Payments to your salon

Card and wallet payments from your clients are processed by your own payment processor or bank under their terms. We record payments; we do not hold or move your money.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack or overload the service.

Your data

You own your business and client data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect client data and for telling clients how you use it. We process it to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance. Features may change; we will not remove core features of your plan during a paid term without notice and a fair remedy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time; monthly plans end at the end of the paid month, see the refund policy for annual plans. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, or immediately for serious abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated in your order or account, and otherwise by the law of the country where your business is registered, subject to mandatory consumer and business protections.
