Sign up
Create your account with an email or phone number and choose your country. Your currency, tax display and date format follow the country; your language can be changed any time.

The store
How is my online store created?
Automatically. When you add products and services in GetSalonPOS, the store builds its pages from them: product pages with price, photo and stock, plus a booking page for services.
Is the online store included in every plan?
Yes, from Single Chair up, at no extra cost.
Can clients pay online?
Clients can order products and pay through the payment options you enable, or reserve for pickup and pay in the salon. Card payments go through your processor.
Does stock update when someone buys online?
Yes. It is one catalogue: an online order reduces the same stock as a sale at the desk.
Setup
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you own, or use the store link we give you.
Can I hide products from the store?
Yes, per product. Backbar items never appear.
Can I sell gift cards online?
Yes, as a product, redeemed at the desk.
Do I need the managed website as well?
No. The store is enough to sell and take bookings. The managed website adds a designed site, your story and local SEO.
Delivery
Can I offer delivery or pickup?
Yes. Choose pickup in salon, local delivery, or shipping, with your own fees.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
If you already run WooCommerce, products and stock can sync with it instead.
