Import your service menu and products
Bring in services with durations and processing gaps, and retail with barcodes.
This guide takes about 12 minutes. You need to be logged in as the owner or a manager. Log in.
Step 1: Download the import template
From Products → Import; one row per item.
Step 2: Fill services
Name, price, duration and, for colour, the processing gap.
Step 3: Fill retail and backbar
Name, barcode, cost, price, stock; mark backbar as not for sale.
Step 4: Upload the file
Fix any rows the importer flags.
Step 5: Check ten items
Spot-check prices and durations.
