Add stylists, assistants and front desk
Create users with roles, PINs, working hours and services.
This guide takes about 6 minutes. You need to be logged in as the owner or a manager. Log in.
Step 1: Open Users
Add each person with their name and phone.
Step 2: Choose a role
Owner, manager, stylist, assistant or front desk.
Step 3: Mark bookable stylists
Only bookable stylists count as chairs.
Step 4: Set working hours
Days, hours and days off.
Step 5: Assign services
Which services each stylist offers online.
Tips from the desk
- Give assistants a role without discount or refund rights.
- Let each user pick their own interface language.
